What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

• PayPal: Eredon primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

• Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept credit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

In which currency will my payment be processed?

All transactions are processed in EUR. If your credit card or payment card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate, depending on the website you are on.

Do you offer payments in 3 or 4 instalments?

We accept payments in 3 instalments.

How can I change my order?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us via Customer Service.

Please note that we can help you modify your order before it is shipped. Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you did not receive a confirmation email for your order, it may be because you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
