RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service for the return address. Once you have received this address, carefully place the item back in its original packaging and include a proof of purchase.
In some cases, the return shipping is free. If you return an item for a reason not caused by an error from eredon.com, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the customer is responsible for the return shipping, the shipping costs are at their own expense. These costs depend on the courier service you choose. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the customer will not need to pay for return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your return and inspected the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that processing a return or exchange may take up to 14 days after receiving the item. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the card issuer. We will send you an email once your return has been processed.
